Commencement Rehearsal 
There will be one rehearsal at the Deree Track and Field on Thursday, June 25, 2026, beginning at 18:00. It is expected to last about two hours, and attendance is mandatory.

Commencement Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at the Deree Track & Field on Friday, June 26, and it will start promptly at 20:30. Gates to the campus will open at 18:30. All participants must arrive by 19:00 dressed in their gowns and caps to allow enough time to register and line up.

After the Commencement Ceremony, a reception will follow at Deree Lawn for graduates and their guests.

The distribution of academic regalia (cap, gown, and collar) will take place at the Alba building, at 6-8 Xenias street, on the 5th floor, from Tuesday, 26/05/2026, till Thursday, 28/05/2026, from 10.30-19.30.

Academic regalia must be picked up in person. Please note that you cannot participate in the Commencement if your gown is not picked up during the dates mentioned above.

Under extenuating circumstances, a participant may authorize another person to pick up their regalia. In this case, an email from the participant’s ACG email account must be sent to Academic Programs at [email protected].

Commencement participants must wear academic regalia, and underneath:

• White collars for women; white shirts and dark neckties (dark blue, dark grey, or black) for men
• Black shoes (Women should avoid very high heels or shoes with straps, as the Track & Field’s ground creates areas where it is very easy to trip).
• Caps, flat on the head with tassels on the right side

All invitations will be in an electronic form via Eventora platform and they will be assigned per graduate. Attendance at the Commencement Ceremony is by invitation only. Each invitation is valid for one person only.

Guests will be provided with a seat number via Eventora. The seats will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors may enter the campus at 18:30.

We would like to inform you that the College has arranged for photographs and video of the ceremony to be taken for memorabilia purposes. A photo of each graduate will be taken when they receive their degree from the President. Graduating students can order copies of the photographs directly from the College photographer. Please note that unauthorized individuals taking pictures or recording video will not be allowed during the ceremony.

Please note that ACG will proceed with the live broadcast (“livestreaming”) of the ceremony via the internet to facilitate relatives of graduates and their loved ones who wish to watch the graduation ceremony but will not be able to attend in person. You will need to provide your consent for GDPR purposes on the Eventora registration page.
